Privacy Policy — عرش السلاطين (Sultans)

This policy explains what عرش السلاطين ("the game", "we") collects and why. It applies to the Android app distributed on Google Play and on q8core.com.

What we collect

• Account details — the username and password you choose when you create an account. The password is never stored as text; it is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash and cannot be read back by us.
• Your game progress — your castle: its buildings, resources, army, research and in-game gold balance. This is stored so your progress survives a lost or changed device.
• A login token — a random session token kept on your device so you do not have to sign in every time.

We do not collect your email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or any advertising identifier. The game contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking.

How we use it

The account and progress data are used only to run the game: to let you sign in, to save and restore your castle across devices, and to place you in the shared game world. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on our own private server. Passwords are hashed; connections use HTTPS encryption.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from inside the game (tap your king portrait → Your Account → Delete my account). Deletion is immediate and permanent — your account, your saved castle and your sessions are all erased and cannot be recovered. You may also request deletion by contacting us at the address below.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
